Alpha Amara, Director of Nursing
Alpha Amara has been an influential figure with Diverse Home Care since 2010. As the Director of Nursing for Diverse Home Care, Alpha supervises our whole clinical department and all of our nurses. He oversees and performs competency skills check on all employees, evaluates personnel’s assessment according to the need of the personnel. In this role he observes and reports any significant changes of clients to their physicians. With over two decades of experience in the field of nursing, our patients are in great hands with Alpha.
Omar Kamara, Administrator
Omar Kamara is a graduate of Tiffin University with a degree in Business Administration. He has been with the agency since 2019 and has been an amazing addition to the Diverse Home Care family. He specializes in planning, developing and directing programs, services and all employees of the agency. Omar is also responsible for ensuring all Diverse Home Care patients receive the utmost respect and quality in care according to federal and state regulations. When asked why this field, Omar stated, “I find joy and satisfaction in helping people get the services and assistant they need to continue living an independent life”.
